Margan Wines & Restaurant offer a range of Wine Club’s to suit our members unique needs as connoisseurs of premium Hunter Valley wines. Our listed clubs are Mates of Margan (Mates), Reserve and Magnum Clubs. Margan Wines & Restaurant reserves the right to change and amend club benefits, terms and conditions at any time. An updated terms and conditions statement will be provided to members in the event their benefits change.

Member Benefits

The following benefits are included by joining a Margan Wine Club. Some member benefits may be unlocked progressively while others can be accessed after your first pack purchase. Margan Wines & Restaurant reserves the right to update these benefits and offer varying benefits at the discretion of the Wine Club Manager or Directors. 

Margan Rewards

As a Rewards customer, you unlock discounts and offers as you shop online or purchase at cellar door but you aren’t committed to a “Club” – All Club Members are Rewards customers but not all Rewards customers are Club Members. Each purchase brings you closer to unlocking new discount levels and rewards.

Mates of Margan Club Benefits Include:

Reserve Club Benefits Include:

·      A complimentary ‘Reserve Tasting with Ploughmans Platter or ‘Grape, Garden, Graze’ for two after every two (2) Reserve Club pack purchases.Tickets will be sent in an email after one membership year (two 12 packs).

How to Access Benefits

You can book directly for our restaurant or cellar door by logging in through your online Member Portal accessible by visiting our website, by emailingwineclub@margan.com.auor by giving our team a call on 02 6579 1317. As a member you’re also entitled to complimentary tastings in our Cellar Door.

You will automatically be granted your appropriate Club discount when purchasing wine in the Cellar Door after providing your membership details. While logged into our online store your member discount will also be applied automatically.

As a member you will also receive the first invites to our range of exclusive events. These invites will be sent to your nominated email address before release to other audiences.

Your Club Commitment & Terms

General – Applicable To All Wine Clubs:

We have a range of wine packs available to members. These include pre-selected packs or the ability to create a custom pack. By visiting our website and logging in to your member portal you will be able to customise and update your selection.

You will remain a Wine Club member in perpetuity until you choose to cancel, or until you no longer meet the necessary minimum purchase to retain your membership. If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription you will need to contact our team in writing at wineclub@margan.com.au.

Wine Club discounts are only valid while the named Club Member/s are present. This discount can be extended to a spouse or partner without you being present, no other person is permitted to use your membership. The details of this spouse/partner must first be communicated to the Wine Club Manager viawineclub@margan.com.auwith details of their visit on your behalf.

Mates of Margan:

Mates of Margan Club wine commitments are sent in Feb/Jun/September. To maintain membership a minimum of two shipments per-annum are required. Margan reserves the right to suspend member benefits or cancel membership in the event you fail to meet your club commitment or you fail to comply with these listed terms. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and delivery details are correct as we are unable to refund your payment after your wine has been shipped. You can update your member details through your member portal or in writing towineclub@margan.com.auwe may also reach out to you with special offers we think you’ll enjoy.

Two emails will be sent during the month prior to each pack’s scheduled delivery to ensure you receive your preferred selection. If we do not receive an order or reply by the date nominated in the email, you will be dispatched your most recent selection.Your nominated payment details will be debited within the third week of February/June/September.

Reserve Club:

Reserve Club wine commitments are sent in either January/July or March/September. To maintain membership a minimum of two shipments per-annum are required. Margan reserves the right to suspend member benefits or cancel membership in the event you fail to meet your club commitment, or you fail to comply with these listed terms. All club shipments are sent free of freight charges to all Australian mainland (and Tasmanian) addresses. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact and delivery details are correct as we are unable to refund your payment after your wine has been shipped. You can update your member details through your member portal or in writing towineclub@margan.com.au

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription you will need to contact our team in writing atwineclub@margan.com.au.

Wine Delivery, Damage & Returns

A flat $10 shipping fee will be applied to all wine club and online orders being dispatched from Margan winery.

You can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days of placing your order. Please note however that delivery times are subject to the delivery location. Please contact our team directly atwineclub@margan.com.auif you do not receive your order after 10 days or need to arrange a specific delivery date. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date, we will certainly do our best.

Yes, you can have your Club Pack delivery left outside your home or with a nominated person if you cannot be present to receive your order. At the checkout you can add special instructions on where you want your parcel left. A person under the age of 18 years old cannot receive the delivery on your behalf.

If delivery instructions haven’t been provided and you aren’t present to receive your order and the carrier does not deem the location suitable to leave your delivery, then a calling card will be left and/or an email sent with a phone number to call within seven days to arrange a re-delivery or collection.

Margan isnotresponsible for goods that are left unattended at your request, or goods that remain unclaimed because of failing to contact the carrier.

If you receive a case of wine with one or more broken bottles, we will issue replacement bottles at our discretion if we are notified within 7 working days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement. You may also return any wines that are not of acceptable quality at the time of delivery, or are not in accordance with your order, by contacting us within seven working days of the delivery date.

We accept no responsibility for wine delivered to an old or incorrect address. Please ensure you notify us of any changes to delivery, postal and email address. Any charges associated with redirecting your delivery through our courier will be passed onto you.
