We're kicking off the festivities with our signature welcome dinner, Dining Under The Stars, on Friday, May 5th. Head Chef Joey Ingram has prepared a special 5-course tasting menu that will leave your taste buds singing. And of course, we'll be bringing back our take on the cocktail classic, the 'Margroni', featuring Margan Vermouth. As you dine, phenomenal guitarists, Duo Salina will create the perfect ambience for a truly unforgettable evening.
And that's just the beginning! We're also offering wine tastings, a small plate menu featuring curated plates from our hatted restaurant, and a tempting selection of premium artisan cheese and charcuterie.
For an even more indulgent experience, join us for our Twilight Experience. Enjoy a garden cocktail as you wander through our orchard and vineyards before diving into a behind-the-scenes tour of our winery. Sample sneak preview wines from the tank and barrel before indulging in a five-course menu featuring estate-grown produce.
